Roger was born and raised in Cuba and came to the United States with his family to start a new life. He has over 10 years of HVAC and Refrigeration experience and is always eager to learn more. In Roger’s off time, he enjoys playing guitar, watching movies, and spending quality time with his family and a perfect 2-year-old son.

Sean is a U.S. Navy Veteran who decided to become an HVAC Service Technician after getting out of the service. He attended technical college and has excelled in his field from there. He has been working on residential HVAC for 4 years now and is a wonderful addition to Ace Air Conditioning and Electrical. In Sean’s spare time, he enjoys fishing, scuba diving, and watching football.

John is an HVAC and Refrigeration technician who has excelled in his fields. He was an instructor at Daytona State College for several years teaching multiple aspects of the HVAC industry to upcoming service technicians. He has also been working as a Service Technician for over 8 years. He enjoys in his spare time playing guitar and drums, working on anything electronic, and loves playing with his dogs.

Omar is our senior installation technician that has been in the HVAC industry for over 5 years.  Before getting into HVAC he was a superintendent in the rental property industry and learned a multitude of skills in residential construction and repair.  In Omar’s spare time he loves to spend time with his friends, family, and 2 beautiful children.

Dakota is a proud native Floridian who graduated with honors from Florida Technical College, earning his degree in Electrical. Known for his passion and expertise in the field, Dakota combines his technical skills with a deep appreciation for nature. When he's not working, you'll likely find him enjoying the great outdoors, whether fishing, boating or spending quality time with his family and friends. His love for the natural beauty of his home state and dedication to his craft make him a well-rounded professional and an excellent addition to Ace Air Conditioning and electrical.

Jadiel was born and raised in Pennsylvania and moved to Florida when he graduated from high school.  Soon after went to college to become an HVAC technician. He has been working as an HVAC technician for 5-plus years and has excelled in his field.  In Jadiel’s spare time, he loves working on cars and spending time with family and friends.
