Sonata West, Winter Garden

Winter Garden, FL – Ace Air Conditioning teams are hard at work on the new resort-style senior living center, Sonata West, opening in the West Orange area at the intersection of Roper and Daniels.  The two story complex with 139,000 square feet of living space will include 113 apartments as well as a full service restaurant, a salon, a library, an auditorium, a theatre, a general store, a bistro bar, an art studio and a fitness center.

Working alongside Orlando based general contractor, Lamm & Co. on the 30 million dollar project, Ace is installing all HVAC components.  The mechanical contract for this type of state of the art facility is extensive and highly specialized to accommodate the unique needs of the community, and Ace’s installation teams have the experience to do it right.  Each apartment will have a Daikin VRV individual unit.  Rooftop package units are being installed for the common areas.

Sonata West Senior Living Center is set to open early summer, 2017.
